The 2023 BIG Idea Forum is scheduled for November 15 - 17, 2023 in Cleveland, OH.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to federal per diem rate adjustments taking place on October 1, 2023, the per night hotel room rate has increased from $137 to $150.
Registration

The BIG Idea Forum is not open to the public. Registration for the 2023 Forum is only open to the university teams selected to advance to the final round of the competition, and NASA-invited guests.
All meals and breaks, beginning with the networking dinner Wednesday, Nov. 15, are included in the registration fee. Teams are responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including hotel reservations.
The deadline for registration is 11:59 PM EST on Oct. 13, 2023.

- Please plan to arrive at the hotel in time for the 3:30 p.m. Forum check-in at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel. A NASA presentation will begin at 5 p.m., followed by a networking dinner, including trivia.
- The BIG Idea Forum ends on Friday, November 17 at 3:00 p.m. - please plan your outgoing flights and hotel reservations accordingly.
